Today was my last day after 5 awesome years working on @apachenifi at @cloudera and my amazing intern @Vidafinity knocked it out of the park with this farewell gift.

Even if I *could* deliver a compelling talk without using the term, I could not agree with the *spirit* of the ask. I understand the predicament companies are in right now - "Does this expose us to legal risk?" "Will we get sued?" "Will we lose our government contracts?"

Not the 1st time & certainly not the last. But git push is done & I can thank @yolopey & @BBende for the support they gave a few yrs ago, when the idea of formal coding, let aside refactoring someone else's code, scared the sh!t out of me. Still not a coder but #forevergrateful
