Another deeply mentally ill man, armed with a military semi-automatic rifle, commits mass murder. This isn’t hard. a. Keep weapons away from potentially dangerous people. b. Don’t let anyone have an assault weapon. Mass shootings decline. Nobody’s 2A rights are harmed.
