I also find that advanced scientific concepts are so hard to understand that not studying it in a formal setting is not enough. Like if you've never been forced to take an organic chem or advanced physics exam and apply all the concepts to solving a real problem, you probably.

I recommend everyone try to study advanced science at some point (I did 1 year of PhD). You gain a strong scientific instinct that allows you to make your own decisions and draw your own conclusions about things like Bryan Johnson's protocols, all the crazy health trend brain.

I like to do a lot of my reconnecting/biz dev calls around now. Can't recommend enough keeping in touch with your network as an agency founder.
