In 2016, Tom Jedski met a crew member with boxes of Thomas props. After, Tom made no attempt to follow up with them, stress the need to preserve the props or allow anyone else to approach them. In 2019, the crew member changed studios and the boxes were lost, presumed thrown out.

I had to hook up a DCC controller with an extension cord to an outlet a couple of meters away and tape it to the floor while all this was going on. I still can't quite process it even a week later.

Last week, I stumbled upon this lot of Hornby Thomas items from the 1980s/90s. The original listing only featured the engines & green coaches, but the owner (a Thomas fan) kindly threw in the rolling stock. Also sold me the LNER coaches for $10 US each. 1/5

Haven't got this going since 2007: the Thomas Ultimate Set "2nd Edition", though I call it 2nd Rate. Like all HiT products, it took something good and made it worse: less rolling stock (Thomas but no A&C??) no double track, and...Mighty Mac and green Bulgy...? Are you kidding me?

Ladies and germs, a prototype wooden Mavis. She was, as far as we know, never released with six wheels AND flat magnets - she was released with four wheels and flat magnets, then given six wheels when round magnets were introduced.
