Everyone with ambition, drive, or aspiring towards grandeur goals should read The Book of Ecclesiastes regardless if you’re Christian or not. For many with ambition are blinded by pride, ego, validation, greed, pleasure, & materialism when none of it really matters wasting their

A huge mistake I see a lot of ambitious young guys make it that the see that they are so easily influenced by these gurus on the internet and they fall for the trap of how easy it is to achieve success and wealth. When in reality their whole perception of reality is warped. All

I’m sitting on balcony watching crackheads fight each other down below and it makes me feel a medieval lord watching the peasants squander with each other below my towering castle maybe some things never change.

I grew up in a small town(s) and a thing i’ve noticed that a lot of them will have some very apparent market gaps and a general need for a service/product that’s isn’t available especially on businesses that are impacted by travel and logistics which are a bottle neck in rural

It doesn’t matter what anyone says lying is a terrible optic for business people talk, word gets around, & reputations are delicate. Plus if you’re playing the long game (which you should) being honest to your customers/people you do business with will pay massive dividends even

When do you pull the trigger? When do you pivot? when do you decide to get out of a biz? These are tough questions i’ve had to ask myself many times So I wrote about my experiences plus my process to approach something like this, hopefully it can be helpful to some Link below:

Life isn’t meant to be easy and calm. You’re not supposed to coast through it like a nice sunny day. You’re supposed to take risks and screw up, that’s the whole point. You don’t choose the comfortable easy path, you try new things, you put yourself out there, you grab the world

Also I think it’s better to have a job set up if you decide to quit. if there’s no reward to the risk don’t take it But if you want to do something incredible that’s worth telling stories about for years to come, you have to be willing to go to equally incredible lengths

I did this, several times actually some times worked out better than others, and it was all difficult, but putting myself in positions like these allowed me to learn and gather experience that would otherwise take me years. Most recently I did this to move to NYC and get into

You must approach life with intensity. And you must have intensity and intention with everything you. You can’t half ass things it doesn’t work you won’t get anywhere. You’ll never build that business, get that job, move out of your hometown or anything else like that without a

I speak of this because i’ve done the “work all day every day until you get ahead” method which does work but at a certain point it’s better to focus on what you do rather than just giving everything you have to do everything. Plus that type of effort and work only is doable

Being able to break up your days is actually a pretty insane productivity jack i never realized until I started inadvertently doing in I don’t know about you guys but i’m not a cracked adderall addict so I can’t work for like 12 hours straight. Or at least I don’t do it very

Here’s is my substack https://t.co/G7vvebpMgH I’ll post different things from I put on twitter but most of it is going to be long form articles. I’ll try to put out one those several times a week, even every day if I can Hopefully y’all like it and can get something from it.
I’m starting a substack where I’ll write more long form posts about the things I do and my experiences as I share a very small amount here. I plan to write more about the shipping & oil industry as well as how I got into and opportunities in it. And i’ll write about the lessons
