I spent a large part of my career doing enterprise level b2b design work. And it’s for this reason I’ve been so interested in exploring the other side of the coin these last few years. Some great examples of juice in design:

Use `element.setPointerCapture` when building UI with draggable interactions. Avoids losing the pointer events for the currently active element when the mouse moves out of the elements bounding box.

Many experiments incoming...will be using this to build an agent-native Web Audio DAW.
NEW: i wrote a complete technical guide to building agent-native software (co-authored with claude) it covers: - the five pillars of agent native design (parity, granularity, composability, emergent capability, self-improvement) - files as the universal interface - agent

We need to dig into this @joshcirre
we're only building agent-native apps @every now here's what that means: traditional software architecture: you write code that defines what happens. The computer executes your instructions. agent-native architecture: you define outcomes in natural language. the agent figures

My C programmer thoughts on Claude+Opus 4.5: 1. Bad at writing code: wrote O(n²) algorithm when O(n) possible. I wouldn't commit its code without review. 2. Responds well to feedback "make this algorithm linear". You have to already be a good programmer to know how the code

Cursor saved my Sunday afternoon. Had a client reach out this morning that their website was down. Turns out the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" approach to not moving their website to Cloudflare finally ran out of luck. Instead of waiting until I got home later I kicked off

Sounds familiar: "you’re steering the model toward a region of the space where the next steps are both plausible and useful." Great read btw
new post: where good ideas come from (for coding agents) https://t.co/qjbSAwnjrS thought about why some people cook with coding agents, and others bounce off. my take: llms are "thought completers" traversing idea-space - so good results come from good navigation: constraints,
