This is dangerous. They didn't even know they had been covering the medication for their patient for years and now required this PA. They also didn't read any of the documentation we had already sent to them. @realdocspeaks

Just got off the phone with @UHC who had a pharmacist suggest that I use bethanechol in my patient with neurogenic overactive bladder from spina bifida. I don't even know where to start. A pharmacist that didn't know the difference between pro- and anti-cholinergic!
