@RupertLowe10 Most foreign students pay international feess and help fund our universities. Only students who have indefinite leave to remain here anyway qualify for loans and they pay those back with interest. And I’m sure most British “boys and girls” (what is this the 1930s?!) welcome them.

@CarlHigbie UK here. We managed not to 'enslave doctors' when we started the NHS. Indeed our family doctors are privately owned partnerships/businesses who are contracted to the NHS.
