Plan Commission approved 1200 W Fulton Partners LLC's two-building proposal for 1200 W. Fulton St. The $555 million Near West Side project includes 1,079 mixed-income units, 124,000 square feet of commercial space and will pay $9.7 million to the Neighborhood Opportunity Fund.
