Soham and cluely are signs of the breakdown of dialogue and expectations between companies and talent. We don’t work in factories anymore and neither is it a free for all. We need a new way to work, especially with AI here and people having more time.

nobody wants to hear it but new apps (both web and mobile) are pretty saturated. I used to download a lot of mobile apps in 2015, I rarely download new ones now. I still trial new web apps but cancel the sub right after plugging in my card. I feel like everything from hiring.
