@OlaElectric 18 days since complaint — still no fix. Again appointment given in a closed centre. Only sales open, service dead! Stop fooling customers with this “Hyper Service” gimmick. #OlaElectric #CustomerServiceFail
13 days since I raised this complaint — still no response from @OlaElectric. Scooter is unusable. Service centres are flooded with pending cases. Their so-called “Hyper Service” is nothing but a marketing gimmick. Aftersales support has become pathetic.

Had to pay for repairs even with extended warranty & Care Plus for gen1 pro. After running 50,000 km, I can confidently say – don't buy an Ola. Be prepared to spend a lot more for 'Chapter Two' @OlaElectric #cus

Still, no one has checked or informed me about the issue with my OLA scooter (KL 45 V 5485), 12 days after the breakdown. Extremely disappointing service provided by OLA.

Day by day, more are more customers are complaining about @OlaElectric 's poor service. @bhash @khalidaaalbadri @akhandelwal OLA only care about sales and not service. This customer from Kerala is protesting infront of ola's EC in Kasaragod. Such a shame!!
