In 3.5 yrs, my 1st batch manufacturing complinted Ola changed 2 batteries, 2 front & 2 rear suspensions in 28,000 km. Next complaints start now. Please take back this scrap scooter free of cost! @OlaElectric @bhash

My Ola scooter met with an accident on 06-02-2025, and I submitted it for service on 10-02-2025 at Palakkad. Despite insurance approval 10 days ago, no repair has been done. No updates, no acknowledgment for my scooter. This delay is unacceptable..! @OlaElectri @bhash

My vehicle broke down at 2:30 PM today, and despite having the Care Plus plan, no one came to pick up my scooter. Hyper Service is just a fake program. Disappointed! #olaelectric

@bhash Sir, Firstly clear unresolved issues mentioned here Kindly intervene My S1 Air issues still unresolved and unattended at Service center Issues 1.Noise coming from S1 Air hub motor 2.S1 air Controller malfunctioning Sudden restarting, hang issues etc..

Had to pay for repairs even with extended warranty & Care Plus for gen1 pro. After running 50,000 km, I can confidently say – don't buy an Ola. Be prepared to spend a lot more for 'Chapter Two' @OlaElectric #cus

Bought Ola Care Plus plan. They tow & pay taxi if it breaks. My scooter broke 04.04.23 @11AM , towed @5:30PM. I tuk taxi home as informed. Prob solved but no $ yet. Sent mail, no reply. @bhash @OlaElectric

#OlaCare Subscription plans are mostly fake promises. No customers are getting RSA or home service on time. Just a marketing gimmick? What is the agreed timeline in providing these services ?
