My Ola scooter met with an accident on 06-02-2025, and I submitted it for service on 10-02-2025 at Palakkad. Despite insurance approval 10 days ago, no repair has been done. No updates, no acknowledgment for my scooter. This delay is unacceptable..! @OlaElectri @bhash

@bhash Sir, Firstly clear unresolved issues mentioned here Kindly intervene My S1 Air issues still unresolved and unattended at Service center Issues 1.Noise coming from S1 Air hub motor 2.S1 air Controller malfunctioning Sudden restarting, hang issues etc..

Had to pay for repairs even with extended warranty & Care Plus for gen1 pro. After running 50,000 km, I can confidently say – don't buy an Ola. Be prepared to spend a lot more for 'Chapter Two' @OlaElectric #cus
