@bhash @OlaElectric This is sheer irresponsibility. My scooter has been unusable for 4 months and stuck in your service centre for 3 months without even opening a job card. Closed centres, zero response, tickets closed without resolution. Is this your idea of #HyperService ?

@OlaElectric always sends the some bot-generated response saying they will ‘resolve the issue on priority’ but nothing actually happens. There’s no real action or follow-up, and customers are left stuck with unresolved problems.

13 days since I raised this complaint — still no response from @OlaElectric. Scooter is unusable. Service centres are flooded with pending cases. Their so-called “Hyper Service” is nothing but a marketing gimmick. Aftersales support has become pathetic.

@OlaElectric — What’s the point of saying it #hyperservice if you can’t even register a complaint? Every time I try, it says “slots full.” Terrible experience for an electric scooter this premium. #OlaElectric

Got Ola service appointment for ticket no. 10462712 is scheduled for 10am to 7pm at Ola Experience Centre Electronic City. @OlaElectric but this centre is still not open (11:20am Saturday). What kind of hyper service is this?

Finally got the #olacareplus home service today even though it took several days to get an appointment. Thanks to Jishnu from Tirurkad centre for providing good service at home. Request @OlaElectric to increase technicians to provide home service without much delay
