Tangential topic but isn't 15Cr is a very small purse to buy 18 players in the squad?? That too when when the 1st, 2nd, 3rd retention combined cost 8.25Cr which is more than half the available purse #WPL

This annoys me so much. On one hand, people will say, "Oh look! They only talk about men's cricket. They don't care about women's cricket." And the moment someone tries to do it and gets actively involved in the conversations, then they come out with 'trying hard to fit in' bs.

I get the curiosity and thirst for knowledge, which may make you feel like you'll miss out on some amazing discoveries or inventions if you die early. But other than that, why would anyone want to live so long is still beyond me.
In 1950 the Life Expectancy at birth of Indians was 35 years.Right now our Life expectancy at birth is 72 years. In 75 years we doubled our Life expectancy with advancement in Medicine & Technology. And it could easily go upto 90-100 in next 30-40 years. That's Science for you.
