We did some serious digging into what makes a solid landing page for devtools in 2025 and put current snapshots of 100+ hot landing pages into a single folder. We also made a free open source template for devtools - you can spin it up in minutes.

6/ Living in Pac Heights = amazing views everywhere 😍. Waking up to these sights makes the rent prices. almost worth it.

5/ Very walkable city, but those hills are NO JOKE ⛰️.Climbing them will keep you warm (and sweaty). Comfy shoes are your best friends. Coming from Lisbon, I thought I was prepared for hills. SF said "hold my beer" 😅

4/ SF is all about scenic views, and the city is surrounded by incredible places within 20min-1hr drive 🚗. Beaches, charming villages, scenic overlooks. Weekend trips are endless. Living here feels like having California's greatest hits as your backyard.

3/ Every neighborhood has its own personality 🏘️.Some are great for families, others. not so much. Do your research before choosing where to live. The variety is amazing though—you can find your vibe somewhere in this city.

2/ Despite being cool, SF feels deceptively warm ☀️.The fog is misleading—the sun is STRONG. Hats & SPF are your best friends (learned this the hard way). Pro tip: Make sure your hat is attached to your head. The wind will steal it otherwise 💨

1/ San Francisco is one of the COLDEST places to be in summer 🥶. It's foggy, windy, averaging 60°F (15°C) in June. You gotta be smart about layers—thin wool, cotton, and always have a jacket ready. Summer clothes? Save them for your weekend trips out of the city.
