I tried the Farawave visualisation on @AbbottCardio EnSite-X @LiverpoolEP. Measures impedance at spline tip to assess contact! I found myself pushing the catheter more to reach the contact threshold. Would've normally accepted Pos 1 on fluoro/EGMs, but only 1/5 splines in contact

Interesting carto map/RF af ablation in PLSVC 👇.
LSVC incidence in the general population is <1%. It can pose technical challenges for TSP in LA procedures. I used to isolate the LSVC when it was detected in AF cases. Would like to hear the opinions from #EPeeps

#EPeeps - tough case👇.⚡️VF triggering pathway from CS diverticulum. Neck >5mm from PLV. 🥉Took 3 goes to get rid of it. Bumped each time - gave limited RF - back in 24hr. 🔥 Encircled neck (30W-20sec) with irrigated RF and its FINALLY gone! @LiverpoolEP .#Alwayslearning
