This is a huge achievement! 🏆 Smaller more modular code means fewer spammy CVEs for everyone, ourselves included!
Only took 24 Kubernetes releases, but we finally deleted 1.5 million lines of code and reduced binary sizes by 40%! https://t.co/7miaR3R6fh

Is 2024 and @jenkinsci not working still causes havoc across teams. It is here to stay forever

I’ve had a lot of shit going on the last week and haven’t been able to even start with the Kendrick vs Drake beef. Where is the timeline view so I can catch up blow by blow?

I just tried https://t.co/LxX5ELvoQW again, and wow, it has gotten incredibly good! So good, I'm now playing with the idea to potentially pay for it (I very rarely ever buy products).

One of @AnnieDuke's top tips for making better decisions: Set "kill criteria" before you launch a project—a set of signals that tell you it's time to pivot or stop the project. You can do this during a "pre-mortem" meeting, where you think through all the things that could go

Have just started using the catch up feature and it truly makes things super easy to scan through. Well done @SlackHQ!

David is a legit dev and is giving back by spending time with an extremely marginalized group. All of _us_ need to spend more time doing this. This is how we grow the numbers and change the ratios. Access seems weird or wrong if you have it by default.
Today I spoke to a group of black women software engineers at Microsoft. It was the first time I had ever seen that many in a single meeting and it was inspiring!

Having vision is important but is only useful if you pair it with a working theory for the chain of events, starting at today, that realizes that vision. Otherwise you're just writing fan fiction about your product/company.

It's been a joy to learn so much from @NetflixEng and I couldn’t be more excited to be able to continue learning and pushing forward the state of the art from the inside.

@grze and I ended up winning the Netflix Cloud Prize for Best Portability Enhancement where we focused on getting Asgard and Aminator running on our AWS-compatible OSS cloud platform, Eucalyptus.

My journey to Netflix started more than a decade ago when I began participating in the Netflix OSS Meetups and learning about the amazing scalability and resiliency patterns that were being built internally.

I’m super excited to announce that I’ve joined @NetflixEng as a Principal Product Manager focusing on the Application Development Platforms product domain, ensuring engineers stay in the flow during application development.
Last week marked my last at Google (for the second time 🙂). I’m thankful to my amazing colleagues and the leadership team that supported my growth and learning over the last 2 years. I’ve got 2 weeks of downtime then starting the role I’ve been building up to for a decade.

I've learned a lot from watching @lorenc_dan work, both at Google and with the rapid success of Chainguard. Tomorrow I'll finally have the chance to teach him something by writing his first GritQL rule live at 9am Pacific.
