The only reliable way to get people to read business documents is to schedule reading time in a meeting. This is actually a decent practice for revealing the cost of writing. If you schedule 20 minutes of reading time with 10 execs, that memo better have >$2k of content value.
Something I worry about with generative AI in business and commercial use: almost no one fully reads anything in those environments. Now imagine when even the author hasn't read what was written. yikes. How does AI writing and reading impact this reality?. I used to write.

The biggest reason to work at a FAANG in your 20s is compounding interest. You can save up a sizeable nest egg and then just let it ride while pursuing startups. Ex. If you can bank $250k into your 401k by 25, you never need to save for retirement again.
This is great advice on choosing Startups vs BigTech. The biggest caveat is that FAANG in your 20s often makes your skills deteriorate and your risk tolerance plummet and/or lifestyle creep enough that the golden handcuffs keep you in. That said, very much agree tho that too

I find ~every poster incredibly cringe, regardless of the message, at least in homes. Why put up a few words when you could have beautiful photography or paintings instead?.

The biggest challenge for AI coding agents like Grit is getting the right context. We built a sophisticated codebase analysis engine on top of GritQL, but understanding how code actually runs in production is equally critical—and nobody understands that better than Honeycomb.
