I like this self reflection…..seems I’ve heard a similar question before…”Who is it that others say that I am?”
We all know that kids in the school have “reputations.” Well… the adults have reputations too. I hope to be known as the one who brings positive energy, the one who supports the staff, and the one who still loves the kids. How are you known in the halls of your school?

Truth! In my 40 years in public education thus far, some of the most transformational people in the field could boast of no special title or degree...but they had a passion and a vision of something better!
To my educator peeps... you don’t have to be an administrator, grade level chair, or department head to be a leader in you school. Your title doesn’t matter. You just need to care about making it better. Passion and commitment can transform any culture.
