Having an issue with @RoyalMail parcel and a delivery to an address which is supposed to redirect. Wait times on the phone are > 1 hour. Please can I have some help?

Just the 1 hour and 7 minutes in the phone to @virginmedia so far with no actual sign of getting any useful help.
They’ve finally won… Congratulations to @virginmedia for providing the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in the last 45 years. A hopeless telephone system with dead end menus and people who cannot assist.

Dear @AskPTSB is there anybody who can contact my mum and help her recover her account? I’ve set up her new phone, but she’s forgotten all of her details as has been using biometrics to login and can’t work your call centre options Or can you provide a direct number? Thanks

Tried to read the Apple News recommended article about #Northamptonshire (what with living there and all) in @Tatlermagazine but the website was so bloody useless it was impossible. Tatler is basically the Wellingborough or Raunds to the fancy pictures of the county’s movers…

I paid to send an item by ‘Tracked 24’ with @RoyalMail. The “ParcelShop” was actually a @PostOffice branch Why then has it taken more than 24 hours? Evri get it ripped out of them but have so far shown themselves to be more reliable… Not very good really

Why is it so hard to reach DPD UK? @Geopost_news DPD chat on the website doesn’t work, WhatsApp doesn’t work and there is no email address on the site. A really shitty experience with a third party reseller billing me for an incorrect measurement through DPD’s system last wk 1/

Good to see Easygroup get their arse handed to them in the High Court. Feel like this should set a precedent and @hardlifeco should get their name back. I never confused Easy Life with the airline @easyJet and nor will I in future.
