Vaping was sold as a therapeutic product to help long-term smokers quit, not a recreational product marketed to kids. Young people who vape are three times as likely to take up smoking and under 25s are the only cohort showing an increase in smoking rates. This must end.

Trendlines for #smoking and #vaping look good for public health. A cynic--not me--would say that this explains why so-called public interest groups are now so strongly against vaping. They need a new enemy and reason to be. I would hate to think that's the case.
