Watching her other TikToks I think he was baited into coming over so the vid could be made. In a now deleted video she moves from her original area to his location to setup and acts like she’s struggling change weight. She’s paranoid, she said no and he walked away. Left at that.

He’s obviously taking glances at her debating if he should help or if she needs help. It’s common to hesitate and keep an eye to see if someone needs assistance when you see them struggling. When you’re comfortable enough you’ll walk over and ask. She has main character syndrome.

I wish people would stop doing this. I still remember that vine video from 4-5 years ago when a teens brother smashed his face into a 2 layer cake, what they didn't know was the bakery forgot to remove the toothpick skewers that kept the cake from slaiding. It was a bloody mess.
