“What’s nice about the wearable [tech] market today is all of it is tracking your latent heart rate. … that is the most important thing to creating a healthy outcome,” @Paceline_fit's @jlieginger says. “10,000 steps is mostly irrelevant to anybody’s individual health outcomes.”

Nobody can beat the rewards on the Paceline App. I got this deal for doing what I already do: moderate-to-intense exercise. Use my referral code if you decide to join (iOS): JX0J78 https://t.co/NQ9GF4zQ39

Exercising 150 minutes per week for 4 months is equally as effective as taking an antidepressant for depression, review finds. Get outside and get moving. Start small and easy. For many, a walk is enough when you are starting.

You can't innovate in a space, including open source, by accepting the same constraints as the entrenched competitors. But this is exactly what most people do; try to do the same thing, but slightly different, and win on being better.

"Endeavour arriving!" Welcome to the @Space_Station, Crew-2! Their arrival means there are now 11 humans aboard our orbiting laboratory, a number not seen since the space shuttle era. Hugs abound.

Why have laws controlling guns? Killers will just ignore them anyway. Why have laws against rape? Rapists will just ignore them anyway. Why have laws against anything? Criminals will just ignore them anyway. Why have government? Why have society? Why try to do anything?

Bam! @Paceline_fit jumping around the top 50 iOS apps is a fantastic test for a solid architecture. Serverless is a facet, but also how loosely coupled a system is, leads to a small engineering team getting a good night's sleep during high system load. #serverless #javascript
