This week, our team was deeply honored to present Unapologetic at the 20th edition of the Santiago Alvarez Film Fest in Santiago De Cuba! Gracias a la comunidad for welcoming us with open arms & bearing witness to a story that affects Black people across the diaspora.

*Fest FYI, Santiago Álvarez was a leading voice in Cuban documentary filmmaking – one of the founders of ICAIC, the Cuban Film Institute. He is known for the hundreds of newsreels that engaged the Cuban population in news, culture, and politics after the Revolution.

@ashley_oshay took her lenses to Chicago in @unapologeticdoc to spotlight the queer women on the front lines of the fight for Black lives—but to whom WE ALL deny center stage. It's a searing look at those who choose confidence and power no matter how many people get in their way.
