Sad to see @AlaskaAir starting to decline to the mean of the other big airlines (that I try so hard to avoid). Today no wifi and late departure because cleaning is behind (even though the plane was on the ground overnight) 🄹

This is basically the pre-war status quo, plus a guarantee of neutrality. If it’s legit — big if — it’s far preferable to continued escalation towards WW3. Ukrainians get their country back, potentially nuclear escalation stops, Russia gets a face-saving ā€œwinā€ but retreats.
