This is super interesting: our benchmarking data showed meaningfully higher NDR for SaaS companies that have deployed GenAI features than those that haven't. Some of this is increased pricing (though some aren't charging for it). Some is just better retention.
3/ Though we are in the initial innings of GenAI, we are seeing some positive signals - companies that implemented GenAI had 7% higher NDR than those that did not.
