. the culprit were just two wrong springs on the keys. I asked @moogmusicinc for two replacement springs, which I got today and started repairing 👷‍♂️ After less than 30 min I had everything disassembled, springs removed and replaced, and reassembled. 4/5

@thomann had no issue with that, and I got a very quick reply from @moogmusicinc with disassembly instructions. After taking that extremely well-built _and_ highly serviceable (only two different sizes of screws used!) device apart, it became clear that . 3/5
