Interesting day. As a host with both @Airbnb and @VrboUK , I have just experienced dispute resolution with @vrbo from a treveller's perspective for the first time. Not pretty. I am shocked at what they find acceptable standards for hosts.

Sad to hear of the passing of @PaulChantler . He was one of those people who had radio in his blood. He had an instinct for the medium, a passion for it and always time for those working in it. Along with many others I will remember him fondly. #RIP
