This is just as irresponsible as people saying we are headed towards the Depression and making some dumb chart to prove it. You’re taking a very short period of an overall very strong bull market which is now absorbing unprecedented new data in a politically unstable time.

How about using outflow as a percentage of total market cap (Wilshire 5000 Total Market Index)? Market cap has grown almost 3 times in past 10 years. $22b outflow 10 years ago not the same as now.
