Kalshi is NOT a gambling company. Saying so is incorrect. I assume that people calling Kalshi “gambling” are uninformed, rather than being defamatory, but Kalshi is not “gaming.” It’s been decided in the courts. Please read the 15 pages of KalshiEx LLC v. CFTC (2024) before

Was supposed to close on a deal last week with some good seller financing terms. Seller realized his property (in an S Corp) wouldn’t get the step up in basis. His tax guy told him financing to me would be one of the worst things he could do. Probably could’ve forced him to
