Few weeks ago, a nurse came here to say that Chemotherapy administered by an “NYSC Doctor” caused paralysis in a patient with stage 4 Cancer, rather than metastases. If a health professional can throw you under the bus like that, how much more every other person?

And amongst doctors, there's variance. A cardiologist knows more about the workings of the heart and heart diseases than a urologist. Reverse is the case with regards to testicular cancers. Being alive in a human body & experiencing life wouldn't exclusively grant you knowledge

Make no mistake: the worst doctor (as long as they graduated) knows more about the human body than the average age. Can doctors always make sense of your symptoms? No. Should a doctor listen to your symptoms instead of waving away your concerns? Yes. This is a baseline truth

I don’t appreciate doctors frequently arguing medical facts on social media. At the end of the day, when people need medical experts, they will close their browser and come find you in where you are. There’s no point to prove on Twitter because nothing you say is enough.

September 23rd,2020. Dr Onakpoya of OAUTHC did a heart surgery (PDA ligation) on my 7months old son. He wasn’t just a Doctor to me,he was kind and warm. The kind of warmth that gave me hope in the midst of that storm. 5 years later,my heart still prays for him.

@Veteran_gandu They set the table they're eating on. When ARD or NARD are fighting for better remuneration, they'll not support them but rather give them query sometimes. What goes around comes around but I hope we come out of this mess soon
