It is really unfair that my classmates have to go through this. We got inducted 3 weeks ago, and a quarter of us haven’t been able to upload documents and get our licence. No licence = No HouseJob. And it seems like nobody is listening.
This is week three post-induction and some of us inducted Doctors are still not able to upload our Documents in the MDCN portal. Not uploading Documents means that we cannot get licensed. Not getting a license means that we cannot apply for most places for housemanship.

Few weeks ago, a nurse came here to say that Chemotherapy administered by an “NYSC Doctor” caused paralysis in a patient with stage 4 Cancer, rather than metastases. If a health professional can throw you under the bus like that, how much more every other person?

Many a time, in Medical school, we are taught alternative practices in consideration of the patients. “Doctor, you’re doing NYSC in a village, where would you get FBC” “Doctor, your patient cannot afford that drug, what would you do” We’re not angry at our leaders enough.

“No Medical Student should go to AnE with their ward coat, some patient relatives want to beat Doctors” My TH had to paste it on the wall everywhere that patient relatives shouldn’t assault health workers, or else they’d be arrested.
An average Nigerian dislikes a Nigerian Doctor.

I am putting this out because your doctor may be overwhelmed with patient load so he doesn't tell you as much as expected. For instance, yesterday alone, working between 8am - 4pm, I attended to about 61 patients including the emergency cases.
