even harder as a non-binary person because there's next to no medical literature about us, so even trans friendly doctors have all kinds of misconceptions and wrong information. Idfk what to do at this point besides try a friend's doctor, who doesn't even take insurance.

I don't feel safe going to just any doctor due to discrimination rates. But the trans friendly doctors I've sought out are incompetent. This shit has been on my mind for over a month now. It's so hard to access healthcare as a trans person, especially in a red state. And it's 3/4

gave me incorrect information about a drug I asked about starting in order to reduce hair growth caused by T. I went to both my current and previous doctors because they specifically treat trans pts. And they obviously don't know their stuff, so I have no idea where to turn. 2/4

I had my T levels checked back in July bc my previous doctor decided I didn't need them checked after starting T. Went back to the Dr last month and mentioned I keep getting yeast infections and they ran the exact same bloodwork again and then never followed up. That Dr also 1/4
