What a disastrous ending to #INC3! No mandate for intersessional work was agreed, which is fundamental to develop a #PlasticsTreaty by 2024. Industry in alliance with Saudi Arabia, Russia & Iran have derailed the process. We must better prepare for #INC4 💪 to secure the process.
