How many times have I said this?. These ppl believe any amount of nuance or moral complexity equals weakness and capitulation. It is a profoundly anti-intellectual attitude.
I mean this whole thing would be easier if people just said they fundamentally do not believe in the legal system (which fine). You can’t really cut the right to a fair trial and counsel part out for a portion of defendants and keep the legal system, it all hinges on that.
