If Senators are going to treat the August recess like a 5-week vacation rather than hold town halls with their constituents, they might as well stay in DC and do the people's business.
We're much closer to a climate deal than people realize. Let's not throw in the towel just yet. Fighting climate change is more important than any August recess.
