It's hard for government to believe that we would be advocates without any money. TOPS has existed since 2017, we have never taken government money and we aren't a registered NGO/Charity. Grassroots groups are filled with people who fight for their communities.

It is extremely disturbing what this worker was involved in and that she did not report to management when she received the first initial texts from Hudson. A life could have been saved that day if she had never gotten involved and let authorities know of the threats. Disturbing
