Awesome team and huge congrats @RemiCadene!
Humanity is at a turning point. I am launching UMA to build general-purpose mobile and humanoid robots from Europe. Proud to start with people I admired for years, and grateful for all your support! Reach out to us @UMA_Robots ❤️

Me: "Two big catalysts left in 2025: Sunday’s launch and NVDA earnings." Tony: “Looks like both beat expectations.” Feeling incredibly lucky to have witnessed this journey from the very beginning. Happy sunday!

Nishant guarding our code quality like
After almost 5 years working on autonomy at @Tesla_AI, I've started a new chapter at @sundayrobotics. This place reminds me so much of the early days of FSD: working with some of the smartest people in the world on some of humanity's hardest problems (and having a blast while

We are honored to have you Nishant! Kept learning more from you everyday. (Nishant is the other 0.5 people training model at Sunday!)

One of the best engineers I’ve worked with. Excited to do it again!

Thank you so much Jason! This means a ton and huge amount of respect for your work at @DynaRobotics
The hard part of robotics *IS* robotics, and the Sunday guys just showed how far a thoughtful data-driven full-stack approach can go! Super impressive, congrats @tonyzzhao @chichengcc !

Thank you so much Soumith! All about the team!
I'm so excited for @sundayrobotics . It's just so well-designed, the little details -- the pinky opening the dishwasher, the in-hand reordering of objects -- they're so good!!! congratulations to @tonyzzhao @chichengcc and the team.

Excited to share I’ve joined @sundayrobotics The last 7 years at @Tesla_AI have been the most exciting and impactful journey of my career. I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead the ML systems that now power FSD and Optimus. From large scale training of video -> action

First genius level innovation I’ve seen in this space recently.
Instead of teleoperation, we train solely on data from our Skill Capture Glove. The glove is co-designed with Memo's hand, meaning they share the exact same geometry and sensor suite. If you can do it wearing the glove, Memo can learn it.

this might be a generational company purely on the brand: "Sunday is for you" actual perfection. you don't see that often

Thank you Phil! It was awesome to be part of your new team at Autopilot back in 2022. @chichengcc and I actually like each other’s work more than our own. I have to “debunk” mine just to convince him, and then we end up using something completely different!
@tonyzzhao @sundayrobotics Congrats @tonyzzhao @chichengcc and team! Would love to hear the internal conversation of ACT vs diffusion policy :)

During PhD we had a little excursion into making a robot look friendly while carrying enough sensors, because we were deploying it in an elderly care home and the residents liking it was a strict condition. And damn, the 🧢 with the camera downside is such a genius idea, wow!!
Saw @sundayrobotics Memo today and absolutely loved it. Incredible team and mission. Counting down to the day a robot can help me pick up kiddo’s Lego battlefield!

I'm not afraid of getting old. Just look at this ACT-1 household robot, freaking amazing. Even today, in 2025, these robots can perform simple household tasks. But the robots' training continues; this is just the beginning. Should longevity not work out (which I don't expect; I
Introducing ACT-1: The frontier robot AI behind Memo. ACT-1 enables Memo to perform: 🎭 ⏰ Lengthy tasks like cleaning up after your dinner 🦾 Dexterous tasks such as folding socks ☕ Daily delights like making an espresso How does it work? 🧵

Proud CEO moment #2!
In less than six months, Haichuan went from assembling gloves to managing a team of six technicians and handling supply chain for both Skill Capture Gloves and Memo. Insane career trajectory

Cheng is one of the most impressive roboticists I always look up to. When I was an undergrad working on a followup of Cheng's project, I was amazed by how full-stack Cheng is, spanning sim to real and math to solid engineering. Truly incredible work and an amazing team!!!
As a robotics researcher, I’ve always had the urge to learn the full stack: Control, SLAM, ML Infra, Web, Mobile, Cloud, CNC, PCB, Firmware, DataOps, Supply Chain ... But usually, I'm surrounded by people with similar skill set as me. Here, I sit across the desk from deep
