The star gazing event at Sherwood Forest was an amazing success. 3 lectures took place during the evening and our telescope and binoculars were out for viewing which did not disappoint. Venus was shining brightly and other Constellations were being observed with the naked eye.

Nothing beats being accompanied by Orion at an Obs open evening!
Our final Open Night and the skies were amazing, the public were not disappointed. The ISS flew over, which was an added bonus. The usual tours and rolling lecturers were on and homemade cakes and cookies were being served. Our Solar Open Days are starting on the 22nd April.
