I’ve been lifting 3-4x a week for a very long time. A year ago, I started doing quarterly DEXA scans to identify body comp changes/trends. Having this data + analyzing it with ChatGPT has been helpful. Also happy that this quarter’s scan cited +4.6lb in new muscle 💪.

I’ve been learning how to drive on track for the past few years. Currently preparing to drive the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife later this year and could not be more excited. Each lap has 70+ turns and is 13 miles long 🫠.
