I’m fighting for commonsense hemp regulation for Kentucky innovators like @hempwood. We make alcohol from corn, but we don't regulate how much alcohol is in the corn. You regulate what's being consumed. Washington’s approach to hemp should be similar.

I don't know if Grown Rogue is legit as I haven't looked into them. But the thesis (big margin compression in just about every market is inevitable) 100% is. I'm sure they can do well, but gut says the company that'll execute said thesis to the fullest extent doesn't exist yet.

Punting to Congress should be the ideal solution for Trump:.- doesn't give away 280E revenue for nothing (replace with excise tax).- can provide funding for regulation and law enforcement.- would shift any voter anger away from himself and onto Congress.

A lot of these towns are laid out well because we were lucky to have many entrepreneurs / "elites" who gave back significantly to their communities - parks, hospitals, schools, churches, cheap housing, etc. Hardly see that anywhere nowadays.
Pennsylvania is low key the king of American urbanism. It's like a time capsule, you've got hundreds of little towns and dozens of midsized cities where normal middle class people are still living in townhouses, shopping at corner shops, and walking for a daily errands.
