Just been asked about integrating our M365 and ChatGPT by marketing. Kicker is they're already using ChatGPT heavily, feeding it (not sensitive) information to help with campaigns but want to expand their use. Closed garden, positive outcomes so far, unlikely it can be stopped.

Last week I had an attack of gout in one of my toes, this week it's back in my ankle. Taken some tablets to try to control it, of course it happens when I'm meant to be travelling to London. This hurtsas a really really bad ache rather than acute pain, I've not had it here before.
