I might sleep a bit better tonight now this illuminated red warning dash light is not worrying me 😴.
Barneswood recently had new hybrid batteries fitted & 2 x 24v alternators remanufactured. Both professionally fitted by David Matthias who runs JD Boat Sales at Gailey on S&W. Had a subsequent niggling dash warning light issue which David resolved today. Recommend him highly 😁👍.

2/2 with, they claimed, no boating training, no maps nor App wanting to do 4 Counties Ring in 7 days😵💫 It really is time @CanalRiverTrust @CRTBoating instigated & monitored Hire Co. boat training standards. #boatsthattweet know our network is fragile not helped by this neglect!.

1/2 Today’s cruise 6miles/9 locks on S&W. Lovely 🥰 .Apart an 😡incident at Filance Lock in Penkridge. Going up lock was empty but gates not yet opened by @tidyboilerone as I approached. Suddenly top paddles were opened to fill by, it turned out, 1st time Hirers ex Norbury Wharf.

How have @CanalRiverTrust got the stupidity to post this only hours after they declared that their CSF facility here is closed with immediate effect (apart the rubbish disposal)?.The Hawkesbury Junction Elsan disposal facility is critical to many, many boaters! #keepitopen.
