Nurses should lose their license as well Any nurse who withhold pain medication after the doctor placed the order should lose their license and be reported to the nursing board
@CMerandi I know someone who had to have her leg amputated and even though her Dr prescribed pain medication after the surgery, the nurses would only give her IV Tylenol! She had to keep calling her Dr to come get her pain medication!

Iβve coached hundred of families to give dying loved ones verbal permission to go home. Literally hold their hand, thank them for being a good dad, and say Iβm safe and happy you did a good job dad you can go now I will see you soon. This is the greatest gift. Say it.
@luinalaska Yes. Death happens. Let it happen when it's time. One of my saddest moments in the ER was when my very old patient with alzheimer's, in a moment of lucidity, looked at me and asked why her family keeps making her do more treatments.
