I give it one self-promotional blog cycle before MAT leaders start claiming the secret to their consistency is the freedom of inconsistency across their schools and that their staff have never been more free.
Very interesting to see this criticised. Centrally-designed teaching templates, which MAT structure seems to make more possible, sometimes argued for on 'consistency'. Academy freedoms? ‘I’ve never seen teachers more enslaved’ says school standards tsar

Number 10 inviting teachers and LSAs for a 'thank you for your contribution to society' event in the middle of a working week with no hint of irony or mention of supply cover expenses not exactly a genius move, in my opinion.

As a headteacher I have immense influence. Since coming out as a sigma in assembly and walking around the place mewing and calling everything skibidi we have seen a 100% reduction in Y6 boys being interested in such gubbins.
