When everyone is bearish that’s when it’s time to buy. When it dipped below $60, it looked really bad (In a very good way). But the opec cartel can move that price any direction at any time. Beware.

Nothing gets stuff done like time pressure. That compression forces focus and a vibe you can’t get otherwise. You can try caffeine or techniques but nothing can compare to a hard deadline.

This is called: SPECULATION. BS stocks going absolutely wild because someone decided to run them up. Then they pull their money out when the suckers go in.

This is insanity: At 5:15 AM ET, Beyond Meat, $BYND, became a $3.5 BILLION company, just 6 days after hitting a record low of $195 million. ~7 hours later, the stock erased a +160% gain and was down as much as -31% on the day, worth $1 billion. What is happening here?

I told people that these moves were all because of speculators. Seeing lineups of people is a telltale sign of a top, even id the bull run isn’t done. Don’t be greedy.

Gold is giving us a lesson in statistics. Today's −5.7% move is rare; a 4.46-sigma move. In a “normal” world, that’s once every 240,000 trading days. In reality 4.67% to −6.00% occurred 34 times since 1971, i.e. in 13,088 trading days (0.26% = 1 in 385 days). Even bigger

Olive oil is hard to find in good quality for a reasonable price. High polyphenol EVOO is expensive! This brand is the highest I can find for the price. The company suggests between 200-350 count which doesn't qualify as high polyphenol EVOO but it's pretty good. If you know

Amazon is already the automation king and now they're trying to automate 75% of their operations. As a customer, it's a fantastic website because the prices are good, selection is wide, and shipping is super fast. Automation will likely improve their business with lower error

A reminder that I told you this currency, just like the Turkish lira, would continue to drop. After 2020, trillions were printed by every country. This caused a global currency devaluation. Prices went berserk. Connect the dots.

I have been CONSISTENT that the risk of a Financial Crisis is very low (for now). However, something is brewing and that was visible with small/regional banks recently. I'm investigating and will let you know if there's anything to be concerned about. Do you remember SVB and

This is impressive, even for Canada. To lose so much, so fast is truly a feat. Don't blame this on a politician because they're all garbage. Canadians overwhelmingly wanted this. Nothing in life is free and they still haven't realized it.

Bullish during this time of China US trade war. For those who manufacture in China this has been a difficult time. For those who don’t understand why people don’t “just manufacture in the US”, you can’t possibly understand until you try.

Leather Jacket Man controls the narrative. Companies don’t pour money into AI just because they want to advance. Shareholders and speculators are looking for who is going all in with AI. It’s just a game. Most companies who have implemented AI haven’t even seen any measurable

Your ability to calm down before you get into bed has a massive impact on how well you will sleep that night. It’s not: when I get into bed I’ll calm down. You need to do the BEFORE you get into bed. It’s arguably better to stay up 15 min later just to calm down.

Huge. Resource pathway. The US needs more energy and it’s going head first into everything. If the demand continues, prices are set to accelerate more and more. For the survival of the middle class, more energy at a cheaper price is critical.

Bought for a few dollars. Don’t make excuses for why you can’t improve yourself. Grip strength is a real world need and as we age it will get worse if we don’t do something about it. Keep it near your computer or where you sit at night and a couple times a week have some fun.

Want a biomarker that can give you a very good picture of your overall health? Check out your grip strength. No labs needed. Dead lifts, wrist curls, hand squeezes & even wringing out a towel are all great ways to improve this marker and your health.
