The best teachers I've seen don't use a wide range of activities. They do a few things, and they do them well. They hone them, practise them, and know exactly when each one should be used and why. The students become habituated to them, and learning goes through the roof.

This afternoon, I knew I needed to get home & get out in the fresh air so I did just that. I’ve almost hit my 12k steps & getting that water in. Well-being matters, always. 🌳 💧 😌 🍁

🖤🤍 a busy, busy day! Positives: -ultimate comfy work trousers -morning walk which got me nearly 4k steps before 7:30am -grabbed takeaway coffee for my and my work (&real life) bestie -celebrated success with a parent today -had lovely connections at school Time for 🐾🚶♀️

Outfit check this morning before school v tired teacher trying to hit 10k steps tonight, after snoozing her alarm this morning because she saw every hour and couldn’t face the wind & rain at 6:40am 💨🌧️🙉😂 Anyway, I hit my 10k steps and I’m hoping I sleep better tonight 😴
