Personally on a reread it was more jarring. #wheeloftime So Narg living a different reality😉
One thing I'm learning in the Wheel of Time re-read is that people — myself included — greatly exaggerate the change in tone and style after Sanderson took the helm. In reality it's fairly seamless.

The good the bad and the ugly of a AI(@grok) created Dragonmount prologue. #wheeloftime Narg’s always been curious how well the dialogue of the prologue would work onscreen. Based on this, Narg reckons 90% of it could be done word for word and not come off as too cheesy.

The covers for the Japanese translations of Wheel of Time look amazing although it's hard to tell who's who. This first one is supposed to be Beralain (easy enough with her diadem), but the rest, IDK. Link to trove in next tweet.
