wrote something last year about how India has checked out of the global South. Acting always in its most immediate interests, India has neither dominance nor hegemony on the global stage. Such rhetoric can’t mask its eternally self-seeking behavior.
It’s high time we all work together to give the Global South its rightful seat at the high table.

It feels relevant to observe that there is no box for "African" here. Presumably the thing Zohran was SUPPOSED to do was identify himself as ONLY Asian, because his father's family's century in Africa, and his own birth in Africa, do not count?

and he remained on US terrorist lists till just before he died, well after being elected president of SA and awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Terrorist lists are the obverse of party manifestos (here are the people and causes we hate), not something to set one’s moral compass by.
They once called Nelson Mandela a terrorist, and now they have a statue of him in Parliament Square, London. We are all Palestine Action
