The #greatnorthrun is fast approaching! Ironically, (late but well-intentioned) training has been interrupted by endo flare ups. Initial ambitions to run a PB are now realistically 'get to the finish'. Needless to say, any donations to @EndometriosisUK are hugely appreciated 🥰⬇️

I am trying not to read some of the comments. It’s upsetting and hurtful. In recent months, I have reduced my media exposure and interviews because it’s not nice reading and seeing hateful comments. All I am asking for a bit kindness and compassion and don’t understand why some
